Sentinel specialize in providing "medium tech" solutions to
clients, using commonly available software which is either
"open source" or "off the shelf".
WHO WE SERVE:
Our clients tend to be departments/teams within relatively
large companies. Large companies may have highly developed
IT resources but these resources are not always available
for project management at the department/team level.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
We provide flexible database-driven solutions to manage
the safety and security processes for maritime companies.
The solutions are normally built with open-source MySql for
the database backend, and with Microsoft Access as user
interface. While we generally manage the database for the
client, the client can opt to take the process in-house
without having to deal with proprietary software issues.
